The Bidford Warm Hub launched in September 2021, following the weekly outdoor coffee and chat social mornings run by WRCC’s Mobile Warm Hub during lockdown. The event has gone from strength to strength, with numbers for the free weekly coffee morning averaging 50 and visits from a wide range of organisations, including NHS prescribers, Act on Energy, the British Motor Museum, plus other community groups interested in running their own Warm Hubs.

In October 2022, over 80 people attended to celebrate its first anniversary in style with a fabulous afternoon tea. All ages and well behaved dogs are welcome to join in the free fun. As one of its regulars says, “it’s our happy place” – a great way to describe any Warm Hub!
