Every Thursday from 11.00am – 2.00pm

Our Warm Friendship Hub offers structured activities:

11.00am – 12.00 noon – coffee and cake;

12.00 noon – 1.00pm – soup and a roll;

1.00pm – 2.00pm –  NHS Physio delivering adult mobility and fitness classes followed by free consultancy. All aimed at keeping everyone mobile and active.

We have occasional quizzes and raffles and fun auctions in aid of McMillan etc. We also offer confidential personal support for clients on benefits access and carer support, and managing financial and bill payment, and charity support. We also offer local council surgeries for help with all NWBC and WCC related matters.

We can offer a free taxi service to and from the Hub for our clients who are less mobile.
